A world-class design that befits the status and prestige of a global table tennis tournament organiser.
The World Table Tennis was founded by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) in 2019 with the intention to revolutionise the sport of table tennis by organising commercialised international tournaments.
By working closely with the WTT team, our designers managed to create a truly mesmerizing space whilst seamlessly incorporating the client’s branding ideas and requirements.
"Sleek and Contemporary"
Welcoming guests is the stunning octagonal-shaped entrance with integrated LED strip lighting that provides a sleek and contemporary vibe to the facility. To enhance the brand presence, the entrance uses a dark colour palette with vibrant orange and white accents, representing WTT’s official brand colours.
The entryway extends to a short corridor which leads to a professional-grade table tennis table setting that replicates an actual table tennis court. The space is adorned with dynamic lighting and a digital LED panel that highlights various WTT tournaments, as well star players. Octagonal shapes are also prominently seen in the form of the ceiling lights and the strip lighting on the floor, serving as a symbolic representation of the stage designs in WTT’s tournaments.
Heading deeper into the office is the reception area with a counter and a signage that highlights WTT’s history and journey over the past century. There is a feature wall that showcases various trophies which patrons can admire as they wait to be served.
Extending beyond the reception area, along the corridor is a branding wall which adopts the orange and black colour scheme. The wall highlights brief introductions of WTT’s mission and vision statements, various WTT tournaments, as well as tournament trophies.
At the start of the corridor is a meeting room that is adorned with a beautiful meeting table that comes in the actual dimensions table tennis court. The ornate table art is handcrafted by Princess Zeina Rashid of Jordan, who was also a 2004 and 2008 Olympian.
Going further into the office leads a beautifully designed open concept pantry area which promotes collaborations and conversations, as well as a where the staff can temporarily unwind from work. The centrepiece of this space is the feature wall, where colourful table tennis bats are arranged to form the WTT logo.
"comfortable and uplifting environment"
Indoor greens are also incorporated into this space to add a touch of liveliness and vibrance to the space. The inner part of the pantry are equipped with whiteboards, serving as a space where the WTT team can brainstorm and organise discussions in a comfortable and uplifting environment.
Apart from aesthetics, functionality also play a big role in the overall design. Technology is brilliantly integrated throughout the office, whereby every meeting room and workstation comes equipped with a digital booking system to provide added flexibility. There are also booths where the employees can hold video calls and virtual meetings comfortably.
Adjustable height workstations are provided for the staff and CEO, creating a versatile and beneficial workplace environment. For added security, lockers are also provided for the staff members to store their belongings safely.
